Our Solution
WebVeer deployed Google Workspace Business Standard for the Ameliorate team, providing professional email at their domain, 2 TB cloud storage per user, Google Meet for client and internal video calls, and Shared Drives for organized client project management.
The deployment included custom Shared Drive structures for client projects with appropriate permission levels, email signature branding, Google Chat Spaces for project-based communication, and a client-facing file sharing workflow using Drive that replaced the need for a separate file transfer service.
The Results
Ameliorate Digital was fully operational on Google Workspace within 5 business days, with professional email, organized file storage, and team collaboration tools ready from day one. The team reported that Google Workspace eliminated the need for 4 separate SaaS subscriptions they were previously using, resulting in both cost savings and a simpler technology stack.
The consultancy has since grown to 30+ team members and upgraded to a managed services plan with WebVeer for ongoing user provisioning, security management, and platform optimization.
